You will work in our Office of the CEO and support the Executive Assistant and CEO of Uniting Vic Tas.
If you're organised, detail-oriented, and love a fast-paced environment, we will keep you busy and engaged with a variety of responsibilities including:
Work with a supportive, inclusive and empathetic manager who will provide you with opportunities to grow and develop your skills and experience.
In addition to base salary (SCHADS Level 2) and superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and the ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits that can be used on living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and much more.
We offer a great location in Wesley Place, Lonsdale Street. The building offers a range of concierge services, amazing end-of-trip facilities, and events such as free Yoga and well-being sessions. We also work flexibly and set you up with the tools and access to work-from-home some days or at our other Uniting offices.
As an experienced admin assistant working in a fast-paced professional environment, you are calm under pressure, confident with your interpersonal and communication skills, and possess a can-do attitude that will make you a great fit.
