Be part of the marketing & fundraising senior leadership team, bringing your content planning communications, and storytelling passion and expertise to help realise our bold vision and new 5-year strategic plan.
Reporting to the Executive General Manager – Marketing & Fundraising (EGM), this role will work collaboratively with the Manager Creative – Design in the creative delivery of organisational marketing strategy and plans internal and externally. The content planning and copywriting articulation of all communications include telling Wesley Mission’s story through campaigns, branding and other expressions of marketing. You will provide leadership and effective day-to-day management of all creative and content development, from concept through to production and execution into market. In addition, you will manage external creative and production partners and resources to supplement our in-house team to deliver best practice marketing activities that help us achieve our organisational and missional goals.
You have deep experience and a strong track record of communications and content planning and are a gifted storyteller. You will have strong copywriting and editing capabilities, with experience across a broad range of communication formats and channels. As a manager you lead people well to produce high quality work on brief and within the timelines and budget parameters to achieve results. You value people and seek to build understanding enabling insightful communications that deeply resonate with the target audience and achieve the desired response.
