This is a rare opportunity for an experienced and exceptional Head of Risk, to lead our risk, quality assurance and strategic audit function, to help strengthen our organisation, ensure its effectiveness and do our best work for those we serve.
Reporting to the General Counsel who leads the Legal & Risk function for Wesley Mission you will:
You have a high level of integrity and are a trusted adviser by those you work with. You have extensive experience in leading quality and risk functions and continually improving quality and risk outcomes. You excel at identifying issues and key insights, and embedding solutions that anticipate and respond effectively to risk and improve quality outcomes.
You are also an effective team leader with a collaborative and engaging style who can inspire and motivate a team to excel and do its best work. You communicate well (including in writing) and can adapt your message as needed.
You have strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills and can develop suitable courses of action and see these through.
