About Wesley Home Care
Wesley Home Care provides personalised, high-quality care to older people and those living with a disability across NSW. Our mission is to offer opportunities for people to live as independently and meaningfully as possible, supporting their goals, preferences, and individual needs.

- Deliver informal knowledge sessions and coordinate compliance training.
- Organise local, low-cost engagement and appreciation events.
- Monitor staff sentiment, conduct informal engagement surveys, and support retention initiatives.
- Track onboarding check-ins, probation reviews, and performance conversations.
- Maintain accurate staff records, equipment tracking, and engagement data.
- Identify emerging staff issues early and provide proactive support or referrals.
- Collaborate with Engagement Coordinators from other regions for consistency and shared initiatives.
About You
You’re a natural people person, empathetic, and organised, with a passion for creating positive work experiences for others. You enjoy variety, thrive on connection, and have a keen eye for detail and continuous improvement.
