Join our passionate, motivated Board and help guide the future of the Women’s Legal Services Western Australia. We're seeking applicants to join our volunteer Board Members and contribute their expertise as we work towards achieving our new strategic plan (2024-2026). We are seeking individuals passionate about our sector and willing to work alongside the CEO, senior management, and other board members to drive impact.
WLSWA is on a growth trajectory with expanded service provision and an ambitious strategic plan. To optimise this, the WLSWA Board composition will benefit with members who have sector knowledge, and experience in initiating and participating in social change.
As part of succession planning, candidates who are interested in applying for Board member positions are encouraged to apply. We warmly welcome applications from all ages and encourage participation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island women and those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. The WLSWA is a safe place for all women regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.
We currently have several vacancies on our Board and are seeking committed purpose-driven individuals who are willing to dedicate their time and skills as a volunteer Board member. As part of our succession planning, we are also seeking individuals with the experience and passion to be considered for any Board Executive positions that may become vacant at the next AGM (to be held in November 2024).
