About the role

We are currently seeking a proactive Trainer to deliver effective internal training to staff and managers on the Disability Employment Services (DES) program and other initiatives.

This is a Full Time maximum term contract to 30 June 2023 based in Melbourne, however you will be delivering high quality training to our operational staff across multiple states. Interstate travel may be required.

This challenging and dynamic role is responsible for:

• Delivering employment services contract related training to WISE Employment Staff including Operational Induction training
• Developing, facilitating and evaluating educative and training programs
• Identifying training needs for sites across WISE
• Providing onsite support and coaching on contract compliance and contract performance
• Building effective relationships and liaising across all levels of the organisation

About you

We are seeking an experienced Trainer or Employment Services professional who can think on their feet and is adaptable to change. To be successful you will need to demonstrate:

• Experience working within the Employment Services industry or related role;
• Strong knowledge of Employment Services contracts and compliance;
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to relate to people at all levels;
• Demonstrated experience in the design, coordination and delivery of training including compliance training
• A Certificate VI in Training and assessment or significant industry experience in a similar role;
• Proficiency with MS Office suite of applications
