We are seeking a Business Manager responsible for all aspects involved in running a site-based enterprise, including people management, financial performance, market awareness, business development, partnerships, strategic focus and operational planning.

Joining us as a Business Manager, you will:

  • Provide a game-changing customer experience
  • Strive to achieve excellent results by creating opportunities for our customers 
  • Prepare customers for work through job search support, training, work experience and other vocational activities
  • Have a proven history within the leadership of team members.
  • Have led teams within either jobactive or DES contracts (desired).
  • Engage with the community as an advocate for WISE
  • Generate new and repeat business through the creation and maintenance of positive customer relationships
  • Work closely with customers and employers to find and place people in a role that suits them
