ABOUT WIRES

For over 35 years, WIRES has been actively rescuing, rehabilitating and preserving Australian wildlife and inspiring others to do the same.

After the devastating bushfires of 2020 and facing an extinction crisis, our mission has become even more critical. We are building our team to make an even greater impact for Australian Wildlife, and we are looking for someone ready to make a real difference.

About the Role

We have ambitious plans for increasing our impact for Australian Wildlife and expanding our national collaboration, so we are looking for an equally ambitious individual to come on board at this exciting time.

This key role will provide exceptional service to WIRES corporate partners and corporate donors, nurturing positive long-term relationships that increase corporate engagement with WIRES and increase fundraising income to expand our rescue, care and education services. It will include working closely with the team on developing and growing workplace giving, corporate volunteering, corporate partnerships, and corporate fundraising programs.

This is a great role for those who are keen to grow their career within fundraising and to develop skills in corporate partnerships. The successful candidate will have the ability to build and maintain positive relationships, a demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects, the ambition to be successful, and willingness to learn and grow.

If you have a passion for wildlife, and know you can do the role justice, we want to hear from you.

A position description is attached.
