Your new role

Wintringham is seeking an experienced professional to join our Home Support Team as a Project Manager on a full-time basis. Reporting to the General Manager of Corporate Services, this exciting role will keep bringing its project management expertise to the Home Support portfolio to best support our Business Transformation post re-structure and Digital Transformation Project.

This will be achieved by working with the Projects Manager to meet goals, solving issues with purchase orders, helping manage project risks, and preparing documents and processes to support the project. The position is fixed term and will run from the start date till Friday 27th of February 2026. Although this is a full-time role, we’re open to offering a part-time arrangement of four days a week for the right candidate.

Your responsibilities and duties include the below:

  • Work closely with the Projects Manager - Home Support to meet project objectives and milestones
  • Lead issue identification and resolution associated with purchase order and goods receipting procedures for Home Support
  • Actively participate in project meetings to ensure that project risks are identified, mitigations put in place
  • Develop processes and prepare project documentation, including plans, reports and communications collateral to support project implementation
  • Understand and adhere to Wintringham’s Code of Conduct
  • Participate in the continuous improvement cycle, by proactively identifying and raising improvements through Wintringham’s quality systems
  • Work in collaboration with the Home Support team to enhance synergies, interconnectedness and capability across the portfolio to support implementation of the Business Transformation Project

We are looking for candidates with the following:

  • Tertiary Qualification in relevant discipline
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders who often have competing priorities
  • Astute analytical thinking and planning skills
  • Advanced problem-solving skills
  • High level professional writing skills
  • Aged care or health industry experience
