Wintringham is a not-for-profit organisation providing an extensive range of aged care, housing and related support services to people aged 50-plus who have been homeless or at risk of homelessness. We employ over 1000 staff and operate from multiple offices across Melbourne, Hobart, and regional Victoria.
We are currently seeking a proactive individual to join our Housing and Homelessness Team as a HHS Housing Support Worker (office based in Bellerive) on a full time ongoing basis. This role will work collaboratively with the Coordinator, peer case workers and Housing Support Staff across our site and programs, supporting clients to find and maintain tenancies.
Reporting to the HHS – Coordinator, you will assist some of our communities most vulnerable people to create a meaningful life, supporting them through independent living, community engagement and recovery, linking and referring them into clinical services, social, and recreational activities.

Successful candidates will be required to comply with the Wintringham Health and Immunisation policy including having three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine before commencing employment, and must provide evidence.
