We are seeking a strong, culturally grounded leader to manage our Drug and Alcohol Residential Rehabilitation Service in Watson, ACT.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a residential rehabilitation program focused on culturally safe, trauma-informed and recovery-focused care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
The successful applicant will oversee the day-to-day operations of a 24/7 residential service, lead a multidisciplinary workforce and drive high-quality service delivery and positive resident outcomes.
This is an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander identified position. The filling of this role is intended to constitute a special measure under section 8(1) of the Racial Discrimination Act 1975 and section 27 of the Discrimination Act 1991 (ACT).
