The AOD Clinician plays a crucial role in helping residents recognise and tackle behaviors that may pose risks, while also assisting them in shaping purposeful, self-determined lifestyles. Working under the guidance of a Senior AOD Clinician, the AOD Clinician offers personalised support to a group of residents. This involves one-on-one and group sessions, advocacy, and therapeutic interventions, all aimed at helping residents achieve their unique treatment plan goals through connecting them with suitable external resources.
