We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager to join our team located in our Grampians Therapeutic Community on a permanent full-time basis working 38 hours per week.

Directly accountable to the General Manager – Rehabilitation Services, the Manager, Grampians Therapeutic Community is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Grampians Therapeutic Community located in the Ballarat region. The Program Manager will provide leadership, clinical expertise, supervision and support to the staff and resident teams.
The successful candidate will lead, direct and manage the program and staff to deliver multidisciplinary care for clients that is of the highest quality and standard. Fundamental to this role is the supervision and support of Program Coordinators. This is a great opportunity for an experienced leader wanting to make an impactful and meaningful difference in the community!

The Therapeutic Community (TC) residents rehabilitate by exploring their own life experiences and learning from the experience and insights of others. In education, therapy, and work groups which form the basis of the daily routine everyone has an opportunity to explore new ways of experiencing life. The TC is all about change and growth in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
Grampians TC is a purpose-built facility which commenced operation in 2019.
