Windana Drug and Alcohol Recovery Inc. is a leading Victorian-based drug and alcohol treatment organisation.

For more than 30 years, we have been helping people rebuild their lives in a safe, caring environment, supporting our clients wherever they are in the recovery process. 

The Community Facilitator is responsible for providing opportunities for residents to change previous risk taking behavioural patterns and develop lifestyles of self-determined purpose.

To be successful in this role you will have experience in:

• Case Management
• Advocacy
• Group and individual therapy
• Intake and Assessment
• Understanding and implementation of Therapeutic Community model – ATCA Essential Elements
• Representing Windana Therapeutic Community at interagency meetings, forums or any other setting
• Program development

The minimum qualification required for this position is a Diploma in AOD.

Remuneration:
