Wild At Heart is seeking a highly skilled and passionate program manager to develop and deliver our songwriting and music programs for artists with disability, neurodiversity and mental health challenges.

You will ideally be someone with lived experience of the artists we work with. You will have solid experience in training and skills based program delivery as well as extensive networks within the music industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work with fantastic emerging artists and help shape Wild At Heart’s future work.

Wild At Heart currently supports a vibrant community of over 80 artists from around Victoria through songwriting, recording, performance, distribution and broadcast. Artists range from emerging through to accomplished independent songwriters releasing their music professionally.

The Songwriting and Music Programs Manager will work closely with participating artists to ensure an individual goals and continuous learning focus, manage and administer all aspects of program development and delivery and build strong networks within the music industry

Employment: full time contract until December 2023 with further contract offered depending on performance and funding.
