Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Identified Role Engagement Worker - Full Time (Part Time considered)
Are you experienced in the AOD/Mental Health/Community Services field and looking to expand your career? Do you want to be part of WHOS exciting cultural activities and initiatives for our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients?
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Worker to join WHOS multidisciplinary teams in Sydney at our Lilyfield campus.
This position is required to ensure that culturally appropriate activities and initiatives for our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients are implemented, maintained, and monitored. The position has a strong communication focus and understanding of needs and priorities to explore opportunities for mutually beneficial collaboration between WHOS and local Aboriginal communities and community organisations. Culture is at the forefront of this position ensuring a culturally safe environment is maintained.
