Our vision at Whitelion Youth is for a world where no young person is left behind and where all young people have the right to equitable opportunities to reach their potential. Our staff and volunteers work to support young people at risk to build positive connections and meaningful pathways to work.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual with experience in designing, developing and delivering literacy, numeracy, employment, life and social skills programs to support our work with young people at risk.
You will work with young people of secondary school age, to develop and deliver a dynamic program during school terms and will support educational outcomes for young people who are referred to the Whitelion learning program at the ILC Mt Gambier, through the Department of Education's Flexible Learning Options program.
Case managers will support Young People in face to face engagement with a holistic and strength base approach. You will also provide meaningful opportunities to develop life and social skills along with supporting students to gain vital employability skills.
