About the Role

The Executive Business Partner -Strategy and Partnerships is a new role with an extensive remit and opportunity to influence the ways we engage with external partners and stakeholders. With the establishment of our new network, Strategy, and Partnerships, we seek a solution-focused, organised exceptional project manager to join our team.

This role reports to the Executive Lead, Strategy, and Partnerships whilst also being responsible for the coordination of Chief Executive's diary, workflow, and key projects.

Be a key partner of the Strategy and Partnerships team, consider this role as a path for progression, be the crucial lead for troubleshooting and support, gain the opportunity to oversee all high-level responsibilities and requirements across the organisation.

Your daily duties will be diverse however, will include:

  • Partnering with the Chief Executive and the Executive Lead to execute the organisation's strategy
  • Coordinating the office of the Chief Executive
  • Producing high-level written communication, presentations and briefings on behalf of the Chief Executive
  • Serve as a technical lead for, and manager of, small projects
  • Making decisions on administrative matters relating to the strategy and partnerships network
  • Coordinating and supporting high-level meetings
  • Liaising with high-level external stakeholders and Board of Directors with efficiency, diplomacy, and tact
  • Building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Liaising with Board, staff, communities, key stakeholders, government departments, partner organisations, and peak bodies
  • Undertaking an array of administrative tasks

About You

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Five to ten years demonstrated experience working as an Executive Assistant to a senior executive or CE and/or demonstrated experience in project management
  • Experience in the not-for-profit sector (desired, not essential)
  • Highly motivated and organised
  • High attention to detail
  • Generous and collaborative
  • Highly professional with experience working in complex contexts
  • Strategic thinker
  • Ability to work interculturally and intergenerationally
  • Methodical and flexible
  • Creative and innovative
