The Senior Advisor – Research and Innovation reports to the Consulting General Manager – Social Impacts and Outcomes. The role will drive the implementation and sustainable growth of Wesley Mission Queensland’s (WMQ) research agenda, including working with stakeholders to source and deliver new, high quality opportunities aligned with WMQ’s vision, mission and values and strategic plan.
The role will enhance the operational effectiveness of research across WMQ, including ensuring high quality, ethical research practice and the meaningful translation of research outcomes and findings into service delivery. The position will work to build the research capability of WMQ staff and work with the Social Impacts and Outcomes team and other WMQ stakeholders to build the evidence base necessary to achieve WMQ’s strategic objectives.
