We are seeking a new Employment Coach to join our team of dedicated and passionate people who want better employment outcomes for young people aged 17 - 21 living with disability. This role is fixed term for 6 months with the possibility to extend.

Key Role Accountabilities:

1. Align one's workplace behaviour in accordance with the Wesley Charter and Wesley Mission Queensland's Vision, Mission and Values
2. Assist in the delivery, development, evaluation and administration of the program including communication with families about participant progress as needed; facilitating a diverse group of participants; and directing volunteers
3. Work from a strengths-based perspective to assist participants with disability to meet their identified needs
4. Deliver learning materials in a workshop format following universal design principles
5. Adapt materials where necessary to meet the individual learning needs of participants
6. Effectively time manage work days to ensure the full utilisation of working hours and delivery of material in a timely manner
7. Connect with businesses and organisations within the local community to develop relationships for work site visits, work experience and employment opportunities for participants
8. Provide superior customer service that exceeds customer expectations at all times
9. Comply with all organisational Policy and Procedures, as well as WH&S Standards
10. Provide effective communication and reporting to management and stakeholders as requested
