As our new Support Coordinator / Psychosocial Recovery Coach, your main focus will be to work with and support participants with psychosocial disabilities in their recovery, as well as coordinate supports in line with the participants NDIS plan and with their individual goals. This role combines recovery and support coordination to help participants develop relationships and build support networks to ensure they are fully supported throughout their recovery journey.
