This is a nationwide search for an innovative advocate to join us in our mission to Lead Boldly and Think Differently!
At Wellways, we're flipping the script on traditional leadership.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape how lived experience informs and drives our organisation at every level.
We're seeking a Family Co-Chair to join our inaugural Lived and Living Experience Authority (LLE Authority) an exciting, sector-leading governance initiative co-designed with consumers, carers, service users and the Wellways Board. This is not business as usual.
The LLE Authority represents a new way of thinking about governance, one that values the insights of lived and living experience not just as input, but as leadership. This is a collaborative and ambitious space where flexible thinkers can drive real, lasting change.
The LLE Authority is not a token voice, it's a driving force. Embedded at the highest levels of decision-making, it has real influence to shape organisational strategy, guide cultural transformation and reimagine how we deliver care.
Wellways Australia Limited is committed to the safeguarding of children and vulnerable people. All applicants applying for roles within Wellways must undergo a screening process prior to their successful appointment:
Wellways connects people, strengthens families, and transforms communities for individuals of all ages experiencing disabilities or challenges to their social and emotional wellbeing. A leading mental health and disability support organisation operating nationally, our services span mental health, disability and community care and reach more than 7000 people each year!
