Women with Disabilities Victoria is a vibrant organisation of women with disabilities working for women with disabilities in Victoria. 

We are seeking an enthusiastic Director of Policy, Advocacy and Community Engagement to join our friendly executive team.

• Salary Level 8, range between Pay Point 1-3: (pro-rata of $114,084 - $118,582 depending on experience) plus superannuation and salary packaging available. 
• You can view the Social and Community Services levels on our website. 
• Hours are 0.8 FTE (60.80 hours per fortnight) part-time to be worked over Monday to Thursday. 
• This position is from the date of appointment to Friday 27 June 2025 and may be extended subject to funding.

As part of Employment: 

• You will be required to work in the office a minimum of 2 days per week as part of your contracted hours.
• A police check will be required to undertake the duties in this position.
• All employees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID (minimum of 2 vaccinations) and show proof of vaccination or provide a copy of a Certified Medical Exemption certificate.
