Carrington Health is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to establish and deliver an exciting new after hours Mental Health Nurse and Liaison Program in Box Hill. The Mental Health Liaison Coordinator will work closely with designated hospital ED staff and ancillary services during business hours, to identify, plan and implement protocols to facilitate access to those presenting with non-urgent mental health conditions to the Box Hill After Hours GP Clinic.

Salary is in accordance with Nurses and Midwifes (Victorian Public Health Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2016-2020. Generous salary packaging and flexible working hours will be offered. The position reports directly to the Manager, Counselling/Mental Health/Youth.
