The Cook's primary responsibility is to uphold the standards of food production and distribution efficiently and effectively. This entails overseeing the ordering of non-imprest food supplies, meticulously plating meals, assisting with menu selections, and ensuring that rigorous quality control measures are consistently applied to maintain high standards in food production.
The Cook is responsible directly to the Business Manager on a day-to-day basis and ultimately responsible to the Business Operations Manager.

This is a part time vacancy working 32 hours per week and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
