Woodville Alliance is a respected, values-driven not-for-profit organisation with over 40 years of service to the diverse communities of Western Sydney. It provides a range of services and programs in:

• Disability and NDIS Support
• Family, Youth and Community Support and Development
• Mental Health
• Early Learning Education and Care

The Board is looking to recruit a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who will be committed to the Mission and Values of Woodville Alliance and have the strategic capacity, operational drive and passion to lead staff, inspire stakeholders and support the Board in defining and developing the strategy to deliver sustainable services and increase equity and wellbeing for community members. Most importantly, the CEO will lead with care and respect for clients that Woodville Alliance serves while seeking to scale up the service to meet future client demand.

The new CEO will need to have experience in a leadership role in a similarly sized human-services or other relevant commercial or not-for-profit organisation, with multiple service lines and exposure to both consumer-led and bulk funding models. Strong commercial nous and strategic leadership are required together with highly developed organisational, financial and communication skills. This experience will be underpinned by an inspirational leadership style, exceptional stakeholder engagement with government, community and other partners as well as sound governance, quality and risk management abilities.
