Warrandyte Childcare and Preschool Centre is a 38-place leading not-for profit, community-based organisation on the outskirts of Melbourne and is managed by a parent committee.  Our children learn and grow in an environment of warmth, nurturing and genuine loving care. We are seeking a highly motivated educator who shares our core values and who is willing to continue growing in their early education practices. The applicant should demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively with children, parents and team members; have a willingness to be progressive and critically reflect; who values continual professional development and has a strong commitment to child safety.

In this role you will work alongside a team of passionate and dedicated educators who are committed to providing a stimulating, positive, nurturing environment, whilst supporting all children to feel safe and secure with a sense of belonging. You will conduct yourself in a professional manner, have an understanding of the ELYF, VEYLDF, Child Safe Standards and play based learning practices. 

We offer 10% above award wages, 2 child free professional development days per year, paid first aid, flexible full time/part time, closed Victorian Public Holidays and 2-week Christmas closure.
