Our clinics are located in Williamstown, and we are actively sourcing a second location in Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs.
VPS is looking for an experienced Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team to provide support in the community to clients of varying clinical presentations. VPS currently supports private, NDIS, TAC, Medicare, and WorkSafe participants.
The geographical location of our referrals varies across metropolitan Melbourne however our clinicians are supported to accept referrals in a reasonable and realistic catchment to conserve travel time and reduce clinician burnout.
Our clinicians are supported to access consistent, high-quality clinical supervision and will be supported by a full-time administrative team.
This SLP role is ideal for you if you want more control over the hours you work, ensuring your work/life balance is tailored to meet your individual needs and wants.
Therapists can work on a part-time, full-time, or casual basis and hours are variable depending on how much work you wish to accept. Career progression is always available with the opportunities to progress into a full-time, part-time, or senior/supervisory role.
You are the ideal candidate for this role if you have experience as an SPA-registered speech pathologist, providing SLP supports to participants of varying clinical presentations and environments. You are passionate about providing individualised SLP supports to your participants, whilst also maintaining your professional development and learnings.
You thrive working in a team, but you are also skilled in working independently, outside the office, producing high-quality work in a reasonable timeframe.
