  • Amazing new state of the art offices

VicHealth is the world’s first health promotion foundation that supports independent, long-term, evidence-based health promotion practice, partnerships and leadership.  We continue to be a global leader in health promotion, as a Collaborating Centre with the World Health Organisation and technical partner to UNICEF.

VicHealth is more than a health promotion government agency, we’re also a health promotion hub for all Victorians.

Our new, state of the art facilities, just 10 minutes walk from Flagstaff and Southern Cross Station welcome our health promotion partners and stakeholders to share our space to collaborate, celebrate, and share learnings.

The Hub Coordinator at VicHealth is an exciting role that offers variety, spontaneity, and the ability to interact with our VicHealth team, and diverse health promotion partners and stakeholders on a daily basis.

You’ll be the first person our visitors and partners meet and you’ll provide an integral service of all-round conduit, receptionist, facilities champion, and problem solver.

You’ll be involved in:

  • office facilities management, including supplies upkeep, office inductions, and maintaining our amazing (and very popular) coffee machine.
  • you’ll be the contact for any queries relating to our Hub by partner organisations and be responsible for maintaining our dedicated online booking portal.
  • reporting to the Manager, Finance & Administration, you’ll also work closely with, and be supported by our Finance and Administration team. Assisting the team in finance and accounts payable processing is also a component of this role.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in ensuring the smooth running of a busy office environment, someone who can interact with anyone, and get things done. Your communication, planning, organising and attention to detail skills will be easily demonstrable.

If you’re keen on having a role where you can be present in the office every day, supporting and contributing to the smooth and successful ‘humming’ of our amazing space, this is the role for you.
