About the role:

  • Part time (2 days per week)
  • 12 month fixed term contract

Joining a team of two, this position is responsible for providing administrative support to the People & Culture team.

The HR Administrator will be responsible for coordinating of end to end recruitment and on-boarding, maintaining and updating employee files, responding to HR queries and the following up compliance checks.

About you:

This two day per week role is an excellent opportunity for someone completing their HR studies or an admin wiz looking for a flexible opportunity.

You have 2+ years of experience working in a demanding administration environment with relevant customer service experience or a qualification in Business Administration.

This role is in a fast-paced environment, your exceptional organisational, time management and communication skills, along with your ability to work well under pressure, problem solve, will ensure your success in this position.

In addition to the above, you will bring to the role:

  • A positive, resilient and flexible nature
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Word and Outlook
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Ability to exercise confidentiality, tact and discretion

A qualification in Auslan and/or Interpreting or knowledge of the Deaf and hard of hearing communities will be well regarded.
