Working within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll help deliver culturally safe, short-term support to Aboriginal women, children, men, and families. You'll also connect clients with specialist services for ongoing care.

As a Hub Practitioner at the NEMA Orange Door Hub, you will provide short-term case management and crisis response to Aboriginal clients, ensuring culturally respectful and effective support. You will manage intake processes, conduct assessments (MARAM), and create tailored care plans, including outreach where necessary. In this role, you'll maintain accurate case notes, reports, and client files, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements while upholding cultural safety and promoting self-determination for Aboriginal people. You'll also collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, actively engage in reflective discussions, and continuously improve practices through learning and supervision.
