  • Salary: $73,795 - $79,135 plus superannuation and salary package

The Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency (VACCA) is an Aboriginal Community-Controlled organisation that supports and advocates for the Aboriginal Community and is the largest organisation of its kind in Australia. About the role

The External Training Coordinator will work closely with the external Learning and Development (L&D) team and will play a key role in providing comprehensive day-to-day project and administrative support.

This position will contribute to the delivery of L&D training activities within VACCA and externally. 

About You

  • Demonstrated commitment and understanding for the values that underpin VACCA’ vision and purpose 
  • Demonstrated experience in project support 
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills including the capacity to liaise with staff across VACCA 
  • Ability to work with demanding deadlines and prioritising workload 
  • Clear, culturally appropriate and respectful in communicating with others including staff, external parties and training participants 
  • Ability to undertake a range of administrative tasks 
  • Good computer skills, and an ability to use learning management system 
  • Great time management, organisational skills, and attention to details
  • Requirements: Current COVID-19 vaccination (including booster dose, as applicable), a Working with Children’s Check for a paid employee (or willingness to obtain) and a Victorian Driver Licence.
