UMFC currently has an opportunity for a Senior Practitioner to join our Carer, Aged and Disability Services (CADS) team in a Full-time capacity.
As the Senior Practitioner, you will lead the delivery of high-quality, inclusive services that respond to the needs of carers and people with care needs. Working closely with the Senior Team Leader, you will oversee case management, guide service delivery, and support a dedicated team of practitioners.
