This position provides case management and facilitates intensive family support delivery to vulnerable children and families where there are significant child protection concerns, working with families to develop the family's skills and abilities and strengthen family relationships.
This role is a full-time 12 month contract based in Fremantle with travel to Rockingham (a pool vehicle is available for work purposes).
