We’re looking for passionate, energetic and purpose-driven people looking to step up into a new opportunity within Uniting WA's Growth and Engagement team. From community event logistics to engaging with our donors, you'll play a critical role in keeping our Community Engagement and Philanthropy teams running smoothly.
You’ll provide a variety of admin support across our Community Engagement and Philanthropy teams, encompassing data entry, document preparation, and communication with various teams within the organisation. Volunteer co-ordination; assist in volunteer onboarding and retention.
Managing bookings, plannings, and other logistical tasks for our Community Engagement Events.
Be a part of the Big Picture; lend a hand in the implementation of the various strategies within our Growth and Engagement teams.
Be a part of the Small Picture; keep our databases clean and up-to-date and keep on top of our various enquiry inboxes.
Get to know us; learn about the services we provide and work alongside our passionate teams to find ways that Uniting WA can grow.

Prior experience in admin roles is preferred, but we're looking for someone with the right attitude first and foremost.

Salary packaging of up to $15,900 plus additional salary packaging of up to $2650 for meal and entertainment expenses
