Role Overview

We’re looking for passionate, energetic and purpose-driven people looking to step up into a new opportunity within Uniting WA's Growth and Engagement team. From community event logistics to engaging with our donors, you'll play a critical role in keeping our Community Engagement and Philanthropy teams running smoothly.

You’ll provide a variety of admin support across our Community Engagement and Philanthropy teams, encompassing data entry, document preparation, and communication with various teams within the organisation. Key Responsibilities:

• Volunteer co-ordination; assist in volunteer onboarding and retention.

• Managing bookings, plannings, and other logistical tasks for our Community Engagement Events.

• Be a part of the Big Picture; lend a hand in the implementation of the various strategies within our Growth and Engagement teams.

• Be a part of the Small Picture; keep our databases clean and up-to-date and keep on top of our various enquiry inboxes.

• Get to know us; learn about the services we provide and work alongside our passionate teams to find ways that Uniting WA can grow.

• Team oriented - you love working with and around people and aren't afraid to lend a hand when needed.

• Purpose-driven - you have a passion for the mission of Uniting WA.

• Adaptable - priorities and needs might change on the fly, and you have no problem being just as flexible.

• Sociable and professional - you can manage internal and external stakeholder communication in a timely and professional manner.

Prior experience in admin roles is preferred, but we're looking for someone with the right attitude first and foremost.
