The Support Worker is responsible for providing care and support that enhances the ability of individuals to actively participate in their care/community to maintain their independence. We are seeking energetic and caring Support Workers who enjoy what they do and are passionate about improving the lives of their customers.
Key responsibilities include:
The successful candidate will have a Certificate III in Community Services, Individual Support or equivalent and relevant experience.
We are seeking a dynamic individual who has excellent communication and ability to build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
