We are looking for a passionate, driven and enthusiastic Human Resources professional to join UnitingSA and support the team in delivering the people agenda in the role of Human Resource System and Payroll Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the Human Resource Information System and Payroll. You will be responsible for ensuring updates and new products are tested and rolled out to the business to ensure the HRIS is operating at peak performance. You will take carriage of people data, including its integrity and security, and deliver a range of regular, ad hoc and investigative reporting to our leaders to assist the business in meeting its strategic objectives. This HR reporting will range from identifying opportunities and trends on internal data to researching and making recommendations on market and industry data.
This role is suited to a professional who is analytical with exposure to systems and reporting, and has had exposure to HRIS system maintenance, implementation or delivery. The successful candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications, or relevant experience in system implementation or development, and management of a team. You will have a passion for getting results, strong attention to detail and a constant small improvement focus, underpinned by a strong service attitude, and well-developed and polished communication skills.
