Are you a passionate and experienced Community Services Leader seeking a challenge? Join us as the Service Manager for Newpin (New Parent and Infant Network), an intensive therapeutic program that has been successfully operating for two years in Adelaide, dedicated to reuniting families with young children under six. Lead our three centres in Adelaide and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this impactful program.

Newpin is effectively working towards reuniting children presently in out-of-home care with their parents through the establishment and support of secure family environments. The program offers a variety of services designed to assist families in achieving the goal of reunification, encompassing:

  • Individual and group therapy for parents and children
  • Parent education and skills training
  • Practical support, such as help with budgeting, housing, and food
  • Advocacy and support with other services, such as child protection and health services

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders, including the Department of Child Protection, to secure Newpin's success in South Australia.
  • Provide operational management and oversight in accordance with relevant funding agreements or fee-for-service contracts.
  • Implement and maintain tracking systems for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, and quality systems
  • Drive the planning and execution of the Social Impact Bond, ensuring it is financially sustainable and produces measurable positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Senior Managers to align service delivery with organisational values, strategic priorities, and frameworks.
