We're looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to play a pivotal role in ensuring our aged care customers receive top-tier, personalised care. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with our Senior Customer Service Coordinator to provide consumer-directed care for both prospective and existing customers, ensuring their unique needs are met with the highest quality service. This permanent full-time position is located in our Port Augusta office.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate a portfolio of CDC and/or CHSP customers
  • Regularly review and monitor package and customer targets
  • Ensure customer needs are identified and clearly communicated
  • Review customer assessments, source domestic, social support and personal support services

About you

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in the coordination of aged care packages
  • Familiarity with Aged Care Standards
  • Demonstrated experience in coordination and administration
  • A strong and ethical customer service approach
