Join our Concierge team at UCity, a multi-award-winning mixed-use building in the heart of Adelaide

We are currently seeking two enthusiastic individuals for part-time positions to commence immediately. As a vital part of our team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service across various departments, ensuring the smooth operation of UCity's diverse offerings, including a community services hub, state-of-the-art function center, specialist disability accommodation, and retirement living.

This role works across a rotating roster starting from 6AM-12AM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional and proactive customer service to all users of UCity from residents, staff, contractors and visitors
  • Maintaining the security and access control of the building
  • Assisting the efficient delivery of contractor services
  • Answer incoming calls, provide information to assist clients/customers or refer them to an appropriate contact, either within the business or elsewhere

About You

  • Exceptional communication skills in person and on the phone
  • Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry
  • Able to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
