We’re seeking a Workforce Manager to lead our strategic workforce planning and ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time – so that every client receives consistent, person-centred care.
You’ll lead a team of Roster Officers and work closely with senior stakeholders across Home and Community Care to align workforce supply with organisational needs, new service demand, and long-term strategy. If you're someone who thrives on making things work better, sees the big picture, and wants to make a difference in the lives of older Australians – we want to hear from you.
