About the Role:
As a Transactions and Resolution Officer, you'll play a crucial role in our Finance team. Your responsibilities include processing Accounts Payable transactions, addressing business and vendor queries, and supporting the Accounts Payable team as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process credit invoices and adjustments in MS Dynamics D365 via purchase orders and tax invoice journals
- Perform daily matching of vendor invoices in MS Dynamics D365 initiated by purchasing transactions
- Resolve invoices, including HCP recharges, not automatically matched and refer incorrectly coded and processed invoices to the General Ledger team
- Connect with business users for remediation of Purchase order and invoices issues, and training if required
- Ensure all open ticket items are actioned and resolved within agree SLA timelines
- Support continuous improvement approach to positively increase the performance of all processes on measures of quality, productivity and cost.
- Participate and comply with all quality management systems and processes
- Participate in and apply training, instruction and information to perform duties in a safe, effective and efficient manner
- Collect and collate information for inclusion in KPI reports as required
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Accounts Payable or related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
