Youth Enhanced Support Service (YESS) is an early intervention mental health program delivered by Uniting. We support children and young people experiencing emerging severe or complex mental health challenges, helping minimise the impact on their wellbeing while working closely with families and carers.
As a Senior Clinician, you'll provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions that promote child-led, strengths-based approaches to mental health and wellbeing. You'll work with children between the ages of 5 and12 experiencing mild to moderate emotional, social and behavioural difficulties, while supporting parents and caregivers throughout their journey.
In this role, you’ll work alongside a Senior Clinician and Psychiatrist, supported by the Service Manager, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team.
You'll primarily be based across two partner primary schools in Western Sydney (up to four days per week), with one day based at our Oatlands office. Appointments may also take place at the office as needed. Flexible work-from-home arrangements are available where appropriate.
