At Uniting, we are committed to delivering safe, sustainable, and high-quality services that meet the needs of our community. We are seeking a skilled and proactive Risk Lead to help shape and embed best-practice risk management across our Seniors Services directorate.
In this Line 1 risk management position, you’ll be at the forefront of operationalising Uniting’s Risk Management Framework within Seniors Services. You’ll work closely with our frontline teams, leaders, and the broader Risk & Assurance function to build capability, awareness, and strong governance.
You’ll lead and coordinate risk activities to ensure operational risks are proactively identified, assessed, and managed. Your focus will be on:
You’ll act as the go-to risk advisor for the Seniors Services directorate while maintaining strong ties with our Line 2 Risk & Assurance team to ensure a consistent and aligned approach across the organisation.
You’re an experienced, hands-on risk professional who enjoys partnering with others to solve problems, improve processes, and create meaningful change. You’re confident navigating complexity, influencing without authority, and working both collaboratively and independently.
