Uniting Koombahla Elermore Vale is located in Newcastle’s western suburbs, providing a nurturing and supportive home for local seniors. Care includes clinical and allied health services, full-time nursing care and specialist dementia support.
Our Uniting Household Model of care empowers our residential care teams with freedom to support our residents in ways that help them maintain a sense of meaning and purpose in their day. You’ll provide high standards of clinical care for residents living in our aged care home, to support their independence and improve their quality of life.
We need a permanent part time Registered Nurse to work 24 hours pw across all shifts as well as casuals who are available for morning, afternoon & night shifts weekdays & weekends.
