Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal role within our organisation, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of ServiceNow initiatives, driving impactful changes to systems and processes. If you have a proven track record of project management excellence, extensive experience with ServiceNow, and a passion for driving positive social change, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction for the successful delivery of ServiceNow initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of ServiceNow capabilities and functionalities to inform decision-making and solution design.
  • Drive the implementation of system, data, and process changes within ServiceNow, ensuring optimal outcomes.
  • Uphold safety protocols and regulations in line with organisational policies, fostering a safe and inclusive work environment.
  • Lead and guide teams in the execution of ServiceNow initiatives, providing support, direction, and mentorship as needed.
  • Monitor progress on ServiceNow initiatives, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Lead UX design efforts to ensure user-centered design principles are incorporated into ServiceNow initiatives, enhancing user experience and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of Project or Agile experience relating to IT and/or business projects.
  • Experience managing ServiceNow projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to think on your feet, lead teams, and drive towards results.
  • Self-motivated with great interpersonal skills.
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges.
  • Full end-to-end system implementation experience.

Even Better:

  • Graduate or post-graduate studies in a related field.
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise or transformational efforts.
  • Agile Certification.
  • Experience in implementing process change and IT systems across a broad geographical area.
  • Experience with Project management tools like JIRA.
  • Proficiency in the suite of Office365 tools and their implementation across diverse business scenarios.
  • Demonstrated passion for social change and contributing to an organisation of influence for the most disadvantaged.
