Join our dynamic team in Western Sydney, where we provide essential community-based outreach and recovery-oriented support to individuals aged 16 and over. We work to empower individuals with varying mental health concerns to achieve greater independence and improve their overall quality of life.
Commonwealth Psychosocial Support program, or CPS, helps people living with severe mental illness in the Western Sydney region to access short-term care to improve their wellbeing.
Our specialist team collaborates with participants to develop customised care plans and provide support in individual and group sessions.
Appropriate cultural knowledge and understanding of First Nations history, challenges and protocols is important to deliver effectively in this role. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply.
