Uniting Roberts Lodge is seeking a Full time Homemaker to join our team. This role offers 38 hours per week, 0730-1730hrs Sunday – Wednesday supporting the smooth operation of our household and leading a team to deliver resident-directed care.
Situated in Peakhurst, Uniting Roberts Lodge offers a welcoming living environment. Our facility is designed using the household model of care. This fosters a warm, family-like atmosphere where we strive to ensure every resident feels at home. We have single rooms, and our facility is currently undergoing a room refurbishment to ensure our facilities are modernised.
Our Uniting Household Model of Care empowers our residential care teams with the freedom to support residents in ways that help them maintain a sense of meaning and purpose in their day.
Care Worker teams in each of our households are led by a team leadership role that we call a Homemaker at Uniting.
As a Homemaker, you’ll be responsible for supervising the smooth operations of a household. You’ll allocate work to team members based on resident choices and work to promote a cohesive and harmonious work environment.
