As part of our First Nations People and Place Strategy, we are investing in a new role dedicated to strengthening culturally safe and responsive services in our Home and Community Care Program (HACC).

About the Role

As Aboriginal Service Delivery Specialist – HACC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting the delivery of services that are genuinely empowering for First Nations clients, families, and communities.

  • Co-design and implement inclusive referral pathways, addressing current service gaps.
  • Analyse data and practice trends to inform continuous cultural capability improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of cultural uplift initiatives and contribute to reporting outcomes.
  • Champion quality and service improvement aligned with First Nations priorities.
  • Collaborate with the First Nations Strategy & Outcomes Unit, contributing to strategic direction and governance.
  • Represent HACC on working groups and build relationships across operational teams.
  • Commit to your own professional and cultural development.
