Aboriginal Service Delivery Specialist - Communities
Identified position – open to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people only
Full-time or 9-day fortnight, Permanent position

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Aboriginal Service Delivery Specialist to support Uniting NSW.ACT’s Communities Directorate in delivering services that are culturally safe, responsive, and empowering for First Nations clients and communities.
This newly created position is part of our commitment to the First Nations People and Place Strategy — a strategy that drives our cultural capability and strengthens our role as an ally, advocate, and service provider walking alongside Aboriginal communities.
You’ll be based in the First Nations Strategy and Outcomes team within the Social Impact and Advocacy Directorate, and report to the First Nations Service Delivery Lead. You’ll work in close collaboration with operational leaders and program staff across our Communities portfolios, supporting the design and delivery of culturally strong practice.
This is an identified position for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
Aboriginality is a genuine occupational qualification authorised under Section 14(d) of the NSW Anti-Discrimination Act 1977.
